On October 5th, 2024, a second public awareness session on radon gas was held in La Puebla de los Infantes, once again under the title "Radon Gas and the Potential Risk to the Population". The event, part of the European project LeaRn4LIFE, gathered around 30 local residents.
The session was led by Professor Dr. Juan Mantero Cabrera, from the University of Seville, who clearly and accessibly explained the risks associated with radon exposure, its presence in homes, and preventive measures.
